Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Services & Credits

Resunex provides free access to online resume building, template previews, and standard PDF exports. Optional AI writing enhancements, advanced ATS checks, and premium features are powered by account credits.

2. Credit Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases of credit packs or subscription tiers are processed securely via verified payment gateways (Razorpay). Because digital credits and AI generations are made available immediately upon purchase, credit purchases are generally non-refundable once used.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

• Double charging or duplicate transactions caused by payment processing glitches.
• Purchased credits failed to credit to your account due to a technical server failure.
• Cancellation request submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided no credits from the transaction have been consumed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@resunex.online with your registered email address, transaction reference ID, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel recurring subscription plans at any time from your Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
